He is Ilham Ikhsanuddin, one of eFishery's mainstay Field Technical Support. As part of the field team, Ilham is the vanguard of eFishery who stands by to help Friends of Cultivators when they encounter difficulties using eFisheryFeeder or other facilities from eFishery.
Ilham is an FTS or Field Support team on duty in Subang-Karawang, a location which incidentally is known as a red cultivation area. Therefore, his work requires very high mobility and dexterity. Even though his job was very demanding, he really enjoyed spending his days in the field because he got the chance to meet, listen to complaints, and help his Fellow Cultivators find solutions to their problems.
Apart from directly helping the farmers, Ilham is also the face that represents eFishery in the field. That's why Ilham and other members of the Field Technical Support team are often referred to as the vanguard of eFishery!

He is stationed in Subang-Karawang, an area known as the red zone of fish cultivation. This makes his job more demanding than ever, with high mobility and agility required. However, the pressure is not getting to him. Instead, he is very keen on meeting farmers out in the field, conversing with them, listening to their problems, and even helping them with the solution.
In addition to being eFishery's hand, the FTS team such as Ilham is the face of eFishery out in the field, a representative of everything eFishery stands for. This is why they're considered the front line of eFishery!
